Taren Killam is somewhat known for his impersonations, but his Robyn may be the one of his greatest additions to anything SNL related. This should have made it to the show.
I’d suggest watching it in HD here

Jeff Tweedy performing I Gotta Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas
This evening, as part of Dan Sinker’s “The F***ing Epic Quest of @MayorEmanuel” book release party at the Hideout, a local rockstar took the stage to perform some unlikely covers. Followers of the @MayorEmanuel feed might remember a string of tweets from the fake mayoral candidate proposing that Jeff Tweedy perform Black Eyed Peas songs at his fundraiser, because “People love that shit.” Well, fantasy became reality this evening as Tweedy launched into a short set of Black Eyed Peas tunes, playing through acoustic versions of “I Gotta Feeling” and “Rock That Body.” Tweedy also did a thoroughly hilarious reading of the lyrics to “My Humps.”

I had such a crush on the Haden triplets in the 90’s. It somehow rivled my love for Lisa Loeb, but it may have been due to the fact that there were three of them.
Also, makes me hate Jack Black.
Warpaint - Elephants (Live at Coachella)
LCD Soundsystem’s entire last show.
Nancy’s dress halfway through is bomb.
Set aside 3+ hours and watch this thing that you’ll never be able to see again
Oh, this is so great … Neil is not worried about the children, it’s the grown-ups we need to worry about when it comes to science*.
“Children don’t read their horoscopes. Children are perfectly comfortable counting through the number 13.”
(*Jtotheizzoe note: I am mostly a grown-up, and I think I do ok on the science)
“We spend the first year teaching them how to walk and talk (talking about children), and the rest of their lives, we tell them to shut up and sit down”
Neil DeGrasse Tyson is probably the best scientist to bridge the knowledge gap between fellow scientists and the general population since Albert Einstein. His books and television appearances make it so easy to grasp the basic understanding of some of the most complex studies. He has a brilliant mix of knowledge and humor which helps keep you involved. It almost makes you want to forgive him for his stance on killing everyone’s favorite 9th planet.
