Productivity is overrated anyway
On a recommendation from Hulu, I watched an episode of the Christian Slater comedy, Breaking In. From what I could gather in one episode, the show is rather predictable and not entirely funny. But the biggest offense, besides excessive use of the truffle shuffle, was trying to pull off the head quarters of their security firm as the same building as the infamous Patty’s Pub. Find a new building Slater!
Easter Egg of the Day: The best thing about NBC’s Community is the thing you have to wait for the Internet to tell you about the next day. Remember Abed’s secret storyline? Well, last night’s episode contained a similar Easter Egg, reserved for the extremely perceptive: The moment the infamous pen was swiped by [redacted] was actually caught on camera (confirmed by creator Dan Harmon)!
Heaven help you, NBC, if you so much as shear a second off this treasure trove of neverending awesome.

I’m so insanely in love with the writers of this show. Also, Allison Brie
It’s good to see you again, pretty lady. Welcome back, you were missed
My interests are colliding
I’m watching The Science Channel’s show Seeing Black Holes and the background music they have playing is from The Black Keys. I thought it might be a one episode deal, but a new one just came on and they are playing the same song.

LEAVE ME ALONE!!! DON’T TOUCH ME!!!
WHY!?!?!? This is awful!
Are you crying yet?
This is my all time favorite TV show. I can’t believe it hasn’t made it to DVD yet. Something about the music rights, which is why there are two unofficial DVDs that have the original music removed. Not the same.
Alia Shawkat aka Maeby Funke talks about her time on set with Drew Barrymore and Michael Cera (including her first kiss on the set of AD)
I’d like to pitch that when Vampire Weekend eventually calls it quits, front-man Ezra Koenig stars in a TV remake of the classic show Welcome Back, Kotter.
Ezra, having taught eighth grade English before the band took off, will be welcomed back to his class of now eleventh graders. I haven’t worked out the whole “Sweathogs” gang yet, but I think the possibilities of a hit show are there. Or at least a decent SNL skit.
Who should we have play the Sweathogs?
